Position	Product Manager
Company Info	A Finnish wholly owned company.
Responsibilities	－ Developing cooling/lubrication system, changing it to final product meet our customer’s requirements; － Be a core leader in difference steps like designing, assembling and manufacturing under support from Finnish technical personnel; － Design to meet the customer requirements; － Drawings for approvals, manufacturing and sourcing; － Work in management teams to ensure design for sales, sourcing and production; － Technical support, design reviews and DFMEA; － Manage manufacturing and design team when the products goes into mass production.
Requirements	－ At least 2 years experience in cooling system design and 3 years in project management or production management role; － Bachelor degree in thermal energy and power or Hydraulic; － Experienced working with 3D programs and preferably with Pro-E; － Practical background combined with theoretical education; － Strong hydraulic technology (Cooling/Lubrication system) background; － Knowledge of DFMEA and Risk Assessment; － Able to work well with people from different cultures; must be fluent in English communication and native in Mandarin; － Focus on time schedules and agreed deadlines; － Be a great doer.
