 Quality System Supervisor

 a fortune 500 European company. 
Responsibilities
 - Ensure effective Quality system implementation (ISO 9000)
- Define/plan and support within the organization all quality system processes in line with ISO 9000.
- Implement the corporate Quality standard procedures and common tools in the organization.
- With the process owners, define and update all quality procedures and processes.
- Plan, execute and follow internal audits of the corporate Quality system within the organization and implement/follow with the areas the corrective actions required.
- Update and control NCR´s database system.
- Analyse NCR´s performance and its improvements.
- Plan/Support/Coach and Train other functions and quality people to 8Ds.
 
Requirements
 - BA or above on Quality Management, or alternatively Mechanical/Electrical or Metallurgical Engineer Degree
- More than 5 years experience in quality area in a foreign invested company, with minimum 2 years of team management experience.
- Well understand ISO 9000 system, and certified as ISO9000 auditor
- Training and or certification in six sigma techniques (Black or Green Belt) is a plus
- Action oriented, good sense about process, drive for results
- Team player, good communication skills, ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good command of English both writing and speaking
- Good inter-personal skills, ability to coordinate people from different functions to achieve common target
